Yes, Altair at the Preserve is a pet-friendly apartment community! We welcome pets with a restriction of up to two pets per unit with a combined weight of 85 pounds.
What are the leasing office hours?
Our office is open Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm and Saturday from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm, closed Sundays.
Do apartments include washers and dryers?
Yes, every apartment home includes a full-size washer and dryer.
Are ADA accessible units available?
Yes, select units include ADA accessibility features.
Is there a swimming pool?
Yes, the pool area includes private poolside cabanas with lounge seating.
What fitness options are offered?
An expansive state-of-the-art fitness center with an Echelon Reflection mirror is available to residents.
Are there pet-oriented amenities?
Absolutely! As a pet-friendly apartment community, we are proud to offer two off-leash pet parks and a self-service pet washing station.

Our community is about 34 miles from downtown St. Louis by car, which typically takes around 35 to 40 minutes without heavy traffic.
